Livingston Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed licensed facility able to provide short and long term medical, nursing and rehabilitative services to meet the challenges and demands of a changing health care system.

We offer comprehensive care planning with medical and nursing care. Our programs include physical, occupational and speech therapies along with extensive recreational activities for all residents to participate in!
